Thanks to our direct ties and close collaboration with hearing research institutions in Oldenburg, these methods are constantly being refined.

Whether you already use hearing aids or are just beginning to explore hearing solutions, we offer customized service packages tailored to your individual hearing needs.
Our services include a personalized hearing assessment, optimization of existing hearing aids, manufacturer-independent consultation and trials of new hearing aids, as well as hearing training and coaching.

An overview of our packages
Package 1:
Comprehensive hearing needs assessment
We assess your hearing using state-of-the-art testing methods* in everyday situations. Based on the results and a brief consultation, we work with you to determine your specific hearing needs. Finally, you will receive a report for your ENT specialist or hearing care professional.
Time required: approx. 90 min.
190 €
In addition, we can provide a comprehensive consultation and recommend a hearing aid. Duration: approx. 30 min.

Package 2:
Comprehensive hearing aid fitting
Based on your individual hearing needs assessment (Package 1) or your hearing aid optimization (Package 4), we will conduct an unbiased consultation and fit you with trial hearing aids for you to test in your daily life. Finally, you will receive a report for your ENT specialist or hearing care professional.
Time required: approx. 90 min.

Note: This package can only be booked if your information from Package 1 or 4 is already on file.
Package 3:
Fine-tuning based on real-world testing
Based on your experience trying out the hearing aids in everyday life, you can choose between:
Option 3A: Fine-tuning of hearing aids without testing using modern measurement methods*. Time required: approx. 30 min.
75 €
Option 3B: Detailed optimization of hearing aid settings and evaluation using modern measurement methods*. Time required: approx. 60 min.
150 €
Note: This package can only be booked as a follow-up package to Package 2 or 4.
Package 4:
Comprehensive hearing check with hearing aid optimization
Optimization of the settings for your hearing aids using state-of-the-art measurement techniques*. You will receive a summary report for your ENT specialist or hearing care professional.
Time required: approx. 90 min.

Note: If you do not want your hearing aids adjusted and would like to try out new hearing aids, please select Packages 1 and 2.
Package 5: "
" Listening Practice
Targeted exercises designed to improve speech comprehension, directional hearing, attention, concentration, and memory in various everyday situations.
Guided listening training at home, including hardware rental (2 sessions, approx. 45 minutes per session)

Package 6: "
" Audio Coaching
Support services to help manage individual hearing challenges in everyday life.
Guided listening coaching for home use (1 session, duration per session: approx. 90 min)

Note
In exceptional cases, a fee-based telephone consultation may be provided. The cost is based on the time required (preparation, consultation, and follow-up: €120 per hour).
* Our state-of-the-art testing methods assess, among other things: your speech comprehension and your perception of loudness.
